Building Inspection Request

READ ALL OF THE FOLLOWING CAREFULLY BEFORE SUBMITTING YOUR REQUEST: Fees apply for more than one re-inspect of any particular inspection. All inspection request are subject to review and approval. Submission of a request does not guarantee an inspection. Inspections are not to be considered scheduled until you receive confirmation from the Town. The Town is not responsible for email communication that is not received due to email filters. All inspection and inspections requests are subject to all limitations, restrictions and conditions as set forth in the town ordinances and building permit approval. All inspections must be scheduled at least two full business day in advance (e.g. for an inspection on Monday, the inspection must be scheduled no later than Thursday). Not all building projects will require all of the listed inspections. If you fail to receive confirmation within 24 hours of your submission, you may contact the Town at 801-768-2147, ext. 5, to check status of your request.
